BoxLife suits a variety of personality types through many modes of living.

BoxLife is a first-of-its-kind, fully-adaptable, micro-living concept. It is designed to support the increasingly nomadic lifestyle of sophisticated city dwellers and those who have limited square footage but do not want to forgo comfort. Rather than address only the kitchen, we undertook the challenge of re-imagining the entire home as a series of highly functional elements that can be assembled any way a user wants.

The system optimizes available dwelling area by concealing functions in compact ‘boxes’ that are deployed as they are needed. Much like a smart phone uses the same screen in a variety of ways. BoxLife contains every domestic need: kitchen module, Murphy bed, office workspace, laundry unit, dining unit, wardrobe as well as a media unit.

Its modular design responds to a variety of settings.  Boxlife’s cupboards have retractable doors to allow for unencumbered use. The kitchen unit can house up to four appliances, an additional sliding worktop, multiple shelves and storage drawers, making it fully functional in a compact space. Boxlife is the answer to the urban studio apartment.
